资源简介:
This business plan outlines the strategy for introducing certified organic eggs to Zimbabwe's premium retail market. The expansion will primarily address the market gap in certified organic egg availability in the premium retail sector, while addressing the need for health-conscious consumers who demand ethical and organic food products. The plan highlights the growing demand for healthy and ethical foods in Zimbabwe and the First-mover advantage opportunity in the premium retail sector. This study includes the market analysis, business models, and strategies to penetrate premium retail outlets while building brand awareness among potential consumers, along with a financial feasibility study for implementation. Additionally, the plan will examine potential scenarios, strategies, and key events necessary for successful business implementation in Zimbabwes premium retail landscape. A survey of 8 retail managers from the main 4 retail chains will be conducted to assess the business potential, as well as retailer willingness and procurement preferences in the new market. Also, a snippet consumer survey with 154 respondents was done to understand consumer perceptions, willingness to pay, awareness, and barriers to purchasing organic eggs. In addition, the study presents a financial feasibility analysis, including cost structures, revenue projections, and break-even assessment, to evaluate the commercial viability of the proposed venture.
