The dataset "Netatmo generated Humidex Degree Hours (HDH), 2019" is a part of the project "Citizen Sensing: Urban Climate Resilience through Participatory Risk Management Systems”.
The dataset includes a text file for Netatmo weather station recordings for Rotterdam, the Netherlands, from July 22 to 27, 2019 (also available as point feature class), python scripts that document the work process using ArcGIS tools towards a Humidex Degree Hours (HDH) raster, as well as rasters and feature classes of the most heat exposed areas (caution and danger areas). Also included is a point feature of the KNMI weather station in Rotterdam as well as its recordings in the period, and a polygon feature of neighbourhoods (buurt) in Rotterdam and two of these which are identified as particularly exposed and vulnerable.
