Gene changes after miR-927 overexpression

The adults were collected within 2 h of the emergence of oriental fruit fly and reared to males and females at 3 days of age. At 4 days of age, the miR-927 analog (37.5 p mol) was delivered into the female adult by microinjection, with the same dose of NC as the control, and then the test worms were transferred to the incubator for normal feeding. At 24 h after treatment, the test worms were collected and total RNA was extracted from the whole worm, with two test worms per tube and four tubes per treatment. After total RNA was extracted, a portion of the qualified total RNA sample was used for testing.
