资源简介:
Tomato yellow leaf curl virus (TYLCV) transmitted by Bemisia tabaci is a great threat to agricultural production. To detect the global gene changes in TYLCV-infected whiteflies, in this study, comparative transcriptomic analyses were conducted by RNA-seq on whiteflies following 0, 2, 6, 24 and 48 h viral acquisition access period. Totally, there were 244 up-regulated and 511 down-regulated, 302 up-regulated and 285 down-regulated, 392 up-regulated and 748 down-regulated, 393 up-regulated and 954 down-regulated DEGs in the comparison of 0 h vs. 2 h, 0 h vs. 6 h, 0 h vs. 12 h and 0 h vs. 48 h , respectively. Compared with un-infected whiteflies, similar regulations of metabolism and signal transductions were found in viruliferous whiteflies. Meanwhile, time-associated gene cluster analysis revealed 16 temporally up-regulated transporter genes and 10 down-regulated genes associated with IL-17 signaling pathway in viruliferous whiteflies. These data boost our comprehensions on whitefly-TYLCV interactions.
