AmyPro

AmyPro contains validated amyloid precursor proteins (both pathological and functional) and prions together with information on their amyloidogenic regions/domains and a broad functional classification of their amyloid states. It provides diverse information on these proteins, including the corresponding species, a short description of the particular role of the amyloid state, cross-links to other databases and literature references. It enables the instant visualization of the amyloidogenic sequence fragments within the corresponding protein structures.

AmyPro 数据集涵盖经过验证的淀粉样前体蛋白（分为病理性与功能性两类）以及朊病毒（prions），同时收录了这些蛋白与朊病毒的淀粉样生成区域/结构域相关信息，以及其淀粉样状态的广谱功能分类。该数据集可为上述对象提供多维度信息，包括对应物种来源、淀粉样状态特定功能的简要描述、与其他数据库的交叉链接，以及相关文献参考文献，同时支持对对应蛋白质结构内的淀粉样生成序列片段进行即时可视化。
