Sequences of the V4 region of the 16S rDNA gene from the microbial community associated with 'Candidatus Liberibacter asiaticus' (LAS) in culture. Inoculum obtained from seeds of fruits from LAS-infected citrus trees was added to different culture media. Biofilm and planktonic fractions of the cultures were sampled after 4 months. Samples were sequenced to compare the microbial community of different media to determine correlation with LAS viability.
