Repertoire analysis of mature CD4 M2 cells in thymus of C15orf48 knock out mice.

M2 cells that are defined as mature T cells were sorted from thymi of 4-week-old wild-type and C15orf48 knock out female mice. RNA were isolated with RNeasy Plus Mini Kit, and cDNA libraries were generated with SMARTer Mouse TCR a/b Profiling Kit. The next generation sequencing data were obtained with MiSeq at RIKEN. Sequencing data were aligned to the reference mouse TCR V/D/J sequences registered in ImMunoGeneTics database.
