Micro-mechanisms of force network rearrangement in granular materials

The collection contains files with data needed to reproduce some of the figures contained in the paper named "Micro-mechanisms of force network rearrangement in granular materials". Those figures relate specifically to the data obtained from the numerical model developed with Discrete Element Method (DEM) and present evolution of main micro-mechanical parameters, describing the micro-structure of the assembly.Furthermore, an example of the LIGGGHTS input file is provided, which contains material properties used in calculations, boundary and loading conditions. Grains positions, together with their basic parameters are listed in a separate file.
