Dataset analysed through scripts published at 10.5281/zenodo.20413017. Abstract { } Repository Structure The project files are logically grouped into the following directories: ├── data_raw/ # Original tables (water flow, plant growth, matric suction) and ImageJ .csv outputs. ├── data_processed/ # Final cleaned tables used to directly produce the manuscript's figures. ├── photos/ # The 117 cross-sectional images captured during the physical experiment. └── scripts/ # R scripts and ImageJ macros (Tasks 00-10) for the full analytical workflow. Note: The dataset and photos are hosted directly on Zenodo. The codebase/scripts are maintained on GitHub with an automated Zenodo integration for reliable versioning and archival.
