Making sense of technophobia : University of the Free State case study

This study aim to explore the causes of technophobia and possible strategies that can be implemented to assist staff in ensuring a smooth transition from a traditional to a digital environment. It also seeks to find recommendations and suggestions on possible changes that can be implemented to make the transformation less fearsome and more comfortable.
