The accumulation of excessive fluoride not only affects humans, but also has a greater impact on herbivorous insects which are at the bottom of the food chain, leading to the changes in the environmental food chain. In our previous study, we found that resveratrol had a mitigation effect on fluorosis in silkworms through 22 small molecules. Therefore, this project intends to assess the effects of resveratrol on fluorosis in silkworms both in vivo and cellular levels . And we use small molecule capture technology and protein signal pathways to study the molecular mechanism of fluorosis mitigation regulated by resveratrol. The study may provides molecular basis for the treatment of insect fluorosis and the fluoride poisoning research in mammals and human.
