Effect of multiple Coulomb scattering simulated by Allpix

The simulation is performed using the Allpix software. The simulated data includes DUT resolution at different energies (0.5 - 30 GeV), material budget(0.106% - 0.530% X0) and telescope layout, as well as multiple Coulomb scattering at various material budget and energies. Each file of the data comprises of raw data as data.root, device.toml, and geometry.toml. Additionally, it encompasses the raw data from beam tests conducted at DESY, along with control data simulated through the Allpix software, incorporating different thresholds and beam energies.
