鄂州市临空经济区-社会保障-城乡低保人员、特困供养对象人员

城乡低保人员指共同生活家庭成员人均收入低于当地低保标准、财产符合规定，由政府给予基本生活补助的困难家庭。特困供养人员是无劳动能力、无生活来源、无法定赡养抚养扶养义务人或义务人无履行能力的老年人、残疾人、未成年人，享受生活、照料、医疗等全方位兜底保障，二者均为国家基本社会救助对象。

Urban and rural minimum living security allowance recipients refer to vulnerable households where the per capita income of family members residing in the same household is below the local minimum living security standard, whose property complies with relevant regulatory provisions, and who are provided with basic living subsidies by the government. Extremely impoverished support recipients include elderly individuals, persons with disabilities, and minors who are incapable of working, have no source of income, have no legal obligors for support, upbringing or fostering, or whose obligors lack the capacity to perform their respective duties; these recipients enjoy comprehensive bottom-line guarantees covering living expenses, care services, medical care and other related aspects. Both of these two groups are categorized as national basic social assistance targets.
