The goals of this study were to evaluate the diversity of viruses in river water by single-virus genome analysis. This bioproject includes 4 biosamples. 1,2. Single virus genomics for river water samples, 3. Metavirome analysis for the same river water samples. 4. Single virus genomics for the mock virus(Lambda phage, and Charomid DNA) community.
