Work data for AFM in AC and QI mode for the study of topography and local mechanical properties of pure peptide electrospun fibers

This file icludes AC and QI images, obtained with Atomic Force Microscopy. The samples are electrospun fibers of the tripeptide DOPA-Phe(4F)-Phe(4F)-OMe and the hexapeptide DOPA-Phe(4F)-Phe(4F)-Arg-Gly-Asp-CONH2. By processing of these data the shape, height and topography as well as the local Young´s Moduli of the peptide fibers was determined.
