Early skin seeding regulatory T cells modulate PPAR?-dependent skin pigmentation [IC_LN_skin_Tregs_bulk]

To understand the role of early skin-seeding neonatal Tregs, we performed scRNA-seq of Treg-sufficient and Treg-depleted skin on postnatal day 9 (P9). Further, we performed bulk RNA-seq of sorted Tregs from P9 and Treg-sufficient and Treg-depleted skin from P9 and P13 mice. Overall design: For whole skin bulk RNA-seq, (n=2-3 per condition), individual samples represent one biological replicate from each mouse. Bulk RNA-seq of Tregs were performed by sorting Tregs from the skin and skin draining lymph nodes into trizol.
