资源简介:
Mental stress-induced myocardial ischemia (MSIMI) is a common occurrence in patients with coronary artery disease and is associated with poor prognosis and increased mortality risk. Effective management can delay disease progression. Therefore, it’s essential to have a thorough understanding of MSIMI to predict early and provide timely interventions. To achieve this, a protocol was developed to collect multimodal physical and physiological information during MSIMI episodes, including clinical demographics, Electrocardiogram (ECG), Positron emission tomography–computed tomography (PET/CT), Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale, Positive and Negative Affect Schedule, State-Trait Anxiety Inventory, Perceived Stress Scale, Life Event Scale, and PTSD Checklist - Civilian Version. The protocol included three tasks designed to trigger MSIMI. A total of 119 subjects completed the experiments, producing a 24-minute ECG data set that was divided into rest, stress, and recovery stages based on start and end times of mental stress tasks. The subjects were evaluated by two qualified physicians based on the current ECG diagnostic criteria and PET/CT results. The collected multimodal data were validated via classification tasks.
