Ameloblastoma snRNA/snATAC multiome processed Seurat object (RDS) for WNN integration and pseudotime analyses

This repository provides the processed Seurat/Signac objects (RDS) and associated analysis scripts used in our study submitted to Cell Reports Medicine. The data supports key findings including WNN integration, TF motif enrichment, and trajectory/pseudotime inference. The complete computational workflow is contained within ameloblastoma-multiome-analysis-main.zip. To ensure reproducibility and maintain relative file paths, users should unzip the archive and launch the analysis via the provided .Rproj file in RStudio.
