Raw CE-LIF Data and Clinical Metadata for Postpartum alterations in maternal serum IgA N-glycosylation in relation to obesity and gestational diabetes: a glycosylation trait-based analysis

This dataset contains raw capillary electrophoresis with laser-induced fluorescence (CE-LIF) measurement files and associated clinical metadata from maternal serum samples included in a study investigating postpartum maternal serum IgA N-glycosylation in relation to obesity and gestational diabetes mellitus (GDM). The dataset includes four study groups: normal BMI (NB), obese (O), normal BMI with GDM (NB+GDM), and obese with GDM (O+GDM). The clinical metadata include pseudonymized sample identifiers, pre-pregnancy BMI values, and BMI categories based on the WHO adult BMI classification. The CE-LIF dataset comprises 24 raw measurement files obtained from two separately prepared pools per study group, with three measurement replicates per pool. Both pools within each group were prepared using samples from the same participants and therefore do not represent independent biological replicates. The dataset also includes a file information table and a README file describing the dataset organization and CE-LIF measurement conditions.
