Luteibacter mycovicinus growth and characterization

One file (DBL43Growth.jpg) contains a picture demonstrating the ability of <i>Luteibacter mycovicinus </i>9143 to form colonies across different media types, and under different conditions. Also shown are representative results from motility assays with this strain in different media types. Each panel shown the type of media and number of days of growth, as well as differences within the media type where noted.<br>Also included is a PDF containing data and methods of analyses carried out by the DSMZ. These include genomic hybridization of the type strain of <i>Luteibacter mycovicinus </i>(strain 9143, which is labelled DBL433 in our collection) to the type strain of <i>Luteibacter rhizovicinus </i>LJ96 (labelled DBL1164 in our collection). Also included in these results are characterization of respiratory quinones, cellular fatty acids, and polar lipids.
