Reproducibility Data and Code for Frequency-Resolved Optimization of Stepwise-Graded LDPE/Al Trilayers for EMI Shielding

This dataset contains the raw and processed 8–12 GHz scattering-parameter measurements, analysis scripts, model-validation outputs, uncertainty analyses, and supplementary numerical results supporting the study on stepwise-graded LDPE/Al trilayers. The experimental dataset includes 15 Box–Behnken configurations with two measured specimens per run and two additional confirmation specimens for the optimized 0/5.25/60 wt.% Al architecture. The archive also contains the frozen computational environment, nested leave-one-architecture-out validation outputs, external confirmation analysis, and exploratory conductivity-equivalence and Pareto results.
