A Comparison of Galacticus and COZMIC WDM Subhalo Populations
收藏资源简介:
The data files here can be used to reproduce the results in Jack Lonergan, Andrew Benson, and Xiaolong Du, A Comparison of Galacticus and COZMIC WDM Subhalo Populations, https://arxiv.org/abs/2510.2710 Galacticus data files are generated using Galacticus semi-analytic code with commit version 79e9402. The output files follow the standard Galacticus format (see galacticus_usage).N-body data files are split into files with "haloMasses_Symphony" and "symphony_data_MW" prefixes. The "haloMasses_Symphony" files contains two parameters "treeRootMass" and "treeWeight". The "treeRootMass" parameter contains the virial masses of z = 0 halos in the [1e12, 2e12] solar mass range. The "treeWeight" parameter is an array of ones. The data files with the "symphony_data_MW" prefixes contains subhalo population data for a given dark matter model with 10 columns of data: [Mvir, Rvir, Vmax, Rmax, halo_file, id, pid, rs, x, y, z]. Mvir denotes the halo mass [Msun]. Rvir denotes the halo radius [Mpc]. Vmax denotes the halo's maximum circular velocity [km/s]. Rmax denotes the radius at which Vmax occurs [kpc]. halo_file denotes the integer identifier of the host halo associated with each subhalo. id denotes the ID of an individual subhalo (unique across entire simulation). pid = -1 for host halos, and is considered a subhalo otherwise. rs denotes the scale radius of a subhalo [kpc]. x/y/z denote the x/y/z the halo positions [kpc].
