ISFET sensors measurement data for nutrient analysis in hydroponic systems

The experimental measurement data was generated during the development, investigation and validation of a new ISFET-based measurement system for hydroponic crops. The aim was to analyse the output measurement signal for signal stability, measurement dynamics and signal reproducibility, and to develop an offset correction method for the ISFET sensors used.
