Human iPSC-derived thoracic spinal cord organoids were transplanted into spinal cord injury mice, and spinal cord tissue was collected after 7 weeks. The transplantation resulted in functional recovery and neural circuit remodeling in the injured mice. Human iPSC-derived thoracic spinal cord organoids (21 days) were transplanted into spinal cord injury mice, and spinal cord tissue for spatial transcriptomics (ST-Seq) was collected after 7 weeks. During the induction of spinal cord organoids from iPSCs, RNA was extracted from 3 or 4 biological replicates at 2 weeks, 3 weeks, and 8 weeks for RNA sequencing. Untreated iPSCs were also collected and subjected to RNA-seq.
