Die deutsche Version der Motivation and Pleasure Scale - Self-Report (MAP-SR; Engel & Lincoln, 2016) dient als Screeninginstrument zur ersten Einschätzung der Schwere der Negativsymptomatik bei Patienten mit psychotischen Störungen. Expressive Negativsymptomatik (Affektverflachung und Alogie) wird mit der MAP-SR nicht erfasst. Die MAP-SR ist ein Selbstbeurteilungsinstrument mit 15 Items, die Motivation, Anstrengung und Interesse sowie Freude über verschiedene Lebensbereiche hinweg erfassen. Die Validierungsstudie umfasste 50 Probanden mit einer akuten oder remittierten Schizophrenie (n = 39) oder einer schizoaffektiven Störung (n = 11). Reliabilität: Die interne Konsistenz betrug Cronbachs Alpha = .88. Validität: Die deutsche Version der MAP-SR weist eine ähnlich gute konvergente und diskriminante Validität wie die amerikanische Version auf. The German version of the Motivation and Pleasure Scale - Self-Report (MAP-SR; Engel & Lincoln, 2016) is a screening tool for the initial assessment of the severity of negative symptoms in patients with psychotic disorders. Expressive negative symptoms (flattening of affect and alogyny) are not measured by MAP-SR. The MAP-SR is a self-assessment tool with 15 items that record motivation, effort and interest as well as joy across different areas of life. The validation study included 50 subjects with acute or remitted schizophrenia (n = 39) or schizoaffective disorder (n = 11). Reliability: The internal consistency was Cronbach's alpha = .88.
