This is the validation set presented in [1].
It was used to test the validitity of EzClermont. It includes 125 E. coli genomes where the isolates have had Clermont phylotypes experimentally determined.
It is presented here as a benchmark set for other tools implementing in silico prediction of Clermont phylotypes.
