"Semantically-Aware Multi-Agent Communication Protocol,a unified messaging framework that closes all four gaps.The protocol pairs JSON-LD intent-action envelopes withthree-phase runtime ontology negotiation, VerifiableCredential-based Ed25519 authentication, an incrementalO(log N) Merkle-tree audit log, ML-KEM-512 post-quantum keyencapsulation (NIST FIPS~203), and Schnorr zero-knowledgeproofs over BN128.We establish ten security theorems covering all principalprotocol components under standard cryptographic assumptions,and verify eight security properties in applied pi-calculususing ProVerif under the Dolev-Yao adversary model.Our implementation across five message scales from 10^2to 10^6 messages shows a mean end-to-end delivery latencyof 0.3511~ms and P99 of 0.4015~ms at one million messageswith zero errors, ML-KEM-512 encapsulation at $0.0284$~mswith liboqs-C native bindings (146 times faster than thepure-Python fallback), Merkle audit proof generation at$6.53~mus, and 16\/16 REST API endpoints and 10\/10protocol flows verified across all five test scales."
