Paired Single-Cell TCR Sequencing Data from Influenza NP366-Specific CD8 αβ T Cells in Mice
收藏资源简介:
This dataset contains paired T-cell receptor (TCR) sequencing data from murine CD8+^++ T cells specific for viral epitopes under different experimental conditions. Each row represents a unique TCR clonotype characterized by its alpha and beta chain sequences and associated metadata. The columns include: SRM, Plate: Sample identifiers and plate information. nSeqCDR3_beta / nSeqCDR3_alpha: Nucleotide sequences of the CDR3 regions for beta and alpha chains. aaSeqCDR3u_beta / aaSeqCDR3u_alpha: Corresponding amino acid sequences of the CDR3 regions. bestV_beta / bestJ_beta / bestV_alpha / bestJ_alpha: Assigned V and J gene segments for each chain. N3A, WT, T8A: Tetramer binding intensity values for three peptide variants. WT_Cutoff, T8A_Cutoff, N3A_Cutoff: Thresholds used to define positive binding for each variant. Primary_Infection, Secondary_Infection, Experience: Infection history and immunological experience of the mouse. Tissue: Tissue source of the T cells. Tetramer: Tetramer specificity. Mouse: Mouse identifier. CDR3ab: Combined alpha-beta CDR3 sequence. read_alpha_beta: Read count supporting the paired TCR. Average_WT, Average_N3A, Average_T8A: Average MFI values across replicates. WT_pos, T8A_pos, N3A_pos, Tetramer_pos, Cross_reactive: Boolean indicators for positive binding and cross-reactivity. count: Frequency of the clonotype in the dataset.
