Information Systems Components, Challenges, and Opportunities of Generative AI in Organizational Digital Transformation: A Systematic Literature Review

This Zenodo record contains the reference database used to support the systematic literature review manuscript entitled “Information Systems Components, Challenges, and Opportunities of Generative AI in Organizational Digital Transformation: A Systematic Literature Review.” The database includes bibliographic reference records related to Generative Artificial Intelligence, Information Systems, Digital Transformation, Digital Innovation, and Organizational Transformation. The literature search was conducted using Scopus with the keywords “Artificial Intelligence,” “Generative AI,” and “Digital Transformation,” focusing on publications from 2023 to 2026. The reference database was used to support the identification, screening, and synthesis process of the review. The review followed PRISMA 2020 reporting guidelines and applied inclusion, exclusion, and quality assessment criteria to select relevant studies. The final systematic literature review included 30 Scopus-indexed primary studies. This record is provided to support transparency, traceability, and reproducibility of the literature review process. The unpublished conference manuscript is not included in this Zenodo record.
