Model setup, output and data to reproduce results for Agulhas Ring-Internal Tides

The dataset includes the setup and output files for MITgcm simulations of Agulhas rings - internal tide interactions, as well as the data required to reproduce the figures presented in the manuscript. The data for Figures are named as fig[number].mat respectively.
