Replication package for: The rebound effect in general equilibrium: theoretical model and multi-sectoral evidence for Canada

Replication package for the manuscript "The rebound effect in general equilibrium: theoretical model and multi-sectoral evidence for Canada". The package contains: (1) panel_stata.dta, the Canadian provincial panel covering 10 provinces and 4 NAICS sectors over 2000-2022 (736 observations, 22 variables); (2) ESTIMATION_GMM_STATA17.do, a Stata 17 do-file reproducing all tables, figures and specification tests reported in the manuscript; and (3) a README with software requirements (user-written commands xtabond2, xtlsdvc, xtcsd) and step-by-step replication instructions. Total runtime is approximately 2-3 minutes on a standard laptop.
