This survey measures the experience of bullying, perceived seriousness of the issue and, how well Canadian schools are responding to the issue. In the survey, bullying at school is defined as acts or comments by one or more students that are intended to intimidate, offend or humiliate another student. Bullying is often repeated or habitual. It usually involves an unequal power relationship between the bully(ies) and the one being bullied.
