结合项目特点及关键经济、用能指标，计算现有项目和拟实施建设项目碳排放绩效，包括单位工业增加值碳排放Q工增、单位工业总产值碳排放Q工总、单位产品碳排放Q产品、单位能耗碳排放Q能耗。并与行业单位工业增加值排放水平分类表进行比较，确定碳效水平。该表数据时间范围为:2021年-至今

Calculate the carbon emission performance of existing and proposed construction projects based on project characteristics and key economic and energy consumption indicators, including carbon emission per unit of industrial added value (Q_gz), carbon emission per unit of industrial gross output value (Q_gs), carbon emission per unit of product (Q_prod), and carbon emission per unit of energy consumption (Q_energy). Compare the calculated indicators with the classified table of industrial carbon emission levels per unit of industrial added value to determine the carbon efficiency level. The data in this table covers the period from 2021 to the present.
