Datasets for the manuscript Jiménez-Navarro et al. 'Disentangling the effects of agricultural intensification on the distribution patterns of birds and bats in Mediterranean olive groves'. Tables 1 and 2 show bird abundance and bat activity respectively across 60 olive groves differing in management intensification and landscape composition. Table 3 shows in-farm variables of 60 sites and Table 4 the percentage of major covers (i.e. olive groves, agroforests of Quercus sp. and open areas) as well as water bodies surrounding sites.
