Cauliflower Classification Dataset (Fresh, Infected, Partially Infected)

This dataset contains background-removed cauliflower images categorized into Fresh (150), Infected (68), and Partially Infected (76) classes. Images were collected between November 5–16, 2025 using Narzo 50 (48 MP) and Redmi Note 14 Pro Plus (50 MP) smartphones. Data was captured in natural market conditions across Mirpur, Dhaka: Kacha Bazarer Arot Mirpur-1, Kacha Bazar Mirpur-1, Kacha Bazar Mirpur-2, and Street Market Mirpur-6. The dataset is suitable for research on cauliflower quality grading, infection detection, and deep-learning-based classification.
