NorRewrite-Instruct is a human-created dataset of Norwegian creative rewriting instructions and responses designed to evaluate the language models ability to rewrite text and fulfill the users request with respect to response length, format, style, and other properties. It is introduced as part of NorEval, a Norwegian language understanding and generation evaluation benchmark. The dataset consists of 25 instruction-response pairs created by eight Norwegian native undergraduate students through selecting text sources, writing instructions, and responses. The dataset does not contain personal or sensitive information.
