Metatranscriptomic analysis of aerobic granular sludge from a full-scale wastewater treatment plant

This project contains metatranscriptomic sequencing data generated from aerobic granular sludge collected from a full-scale municipal wastewater treatment plant. The dataset was produced to investigate active microbial populations and functional gene expression associated with nutrient removal processes in aerobic granular sludge systems. Raw paired-end RNA-Seq data are provided to support analyses of transcriptional activity and microbial ecosystem function.
