ExTra CKD Biopsy Analysis

These are data from a 12-week exercise training study in CKD patients. Patients were randomised into aerobic only training, or combine aerobic and resistance exercise training and attended the hospital 3X/week for 12 weeks for their exercise training. Patients served as their own control by way of a non-exercise control period that preceeded randomisation. Muscle biopsies were collected at baseline, 24h after the first exercise session and 24h after the final exercise session.
