We study the m6A distribution on mRNAs from melanoma drug-naïve parental and persister cells treated with BRAF and MEK inhibitors. Overall design: We examine m6A modification location on mRNAs from both total lysates and polysome fractions to compare the difference between drug-naïve parental cells and BRAF/MEK inhibitor treated persister cells.
