McMurdo Dry Valleys LTER Meteorological Stations Daily Air Temperature

Welcome to the Data Repository for Daily Air Temperatures from the McMurdo Dry Valleys Automatic Weather Stations (AWS), managed by the McMurdo Dry Valleys Long Term Ecological Research (LTER) project, funded by the National Science Foundation (NSF) under grant number NSF OPP-2224760. This repository contains daily measurements from 18 AWS located in the McMurdo Dry Valleys of Antarctica. The data includes the station ID, datetime, and the mean, standard deviation, minimum, maximum and number of observations for temperatures measured at different elevations from the ground ranging from 1 to 5 meters.
