Byte-preserved computational evidence for auditable partial identification of counterfactual risk reduction under runtime intervention. Version 3.0 adds the complete immutable Webots V2 evidence: 32,640/32,640 rollouts, 7,360/7,360 independent units, the 128,750,622-byte trace (SHA-256 c210ab6cd7127c8290ae94dd63740e00c3f93ba137185b206b012e61f189c512), frozen design and seed schedule, execution receipts, frozen analysis, analysis code and tests, claim–evidence audit, and the prospective schema-complete confirmation contract. The Webots V2 execution is complete, but its preregistered positive route remains not adjudicable because witness membership/provenance, repeated-driver aggregation, and finite-sample confidence construction were not uniquely frozen. This archive does not repair V2 post hoc and does not establish general cross-engine effectiveness, hardware safety, deployment validity, certification, or external independent replication. Earlier versions remain preserved in the Zenodo version history.
