transcriptome of Glossaulax didyma. Neverita didyma

In the present study, we conducted RNA-seq to capture a whole transcriptome of G. didyma, the gene functions and pathways were annotated based on protein databases. This is the first high quality reference transcriptome of the G. didyma. Our transcriptome datasets were assembled and annotated which is expected to provide a foundation understanding for future research on the gene functions, molecular mechanism of polysaccharides and biology, physiology, ecology of G. didyma and other non-model organisms.
