<b>A Telomere-to-Telomere Haplotype-Phased Genome Assembly of </b><b><i>Sedum lineare </i></b><b>Thunb.</b>

Sedum lineare Thunb. (family Crassulaceae) is a perennial herb widely distributed in East Asia, exhibits remarkable adaptability to arid environments. In this study, we constructed a telomere-to-telomere (T2T), haplotype-resolved genome assembly of S. lineare using PacBio HiFi (212× coverage) and Hi-C (352× coverage) sequencing technologies.
