Gene expression changes in Ube2i-deleted mouse uterus on postnatal day 21 (PND21).

We specifically deleted Ube2i in the female reproductive tract using the Pgr-Cre driver. To portray the molecular mechanism for Ube2i function in uterus, uterine tissues were collected from Ube2i f/f and Ube2i d/d mice on PND21 and subjected to RNA-seq analysis.
