We found a transient increase of BMYB in the prostate gland after castration and down regulation after LNCaP cells were treated to androgen (R1881). The BMYB interacts with chromatin forming large aggregates. Examination BMYB binding site thought ChIP-seq of LNCaP cell treated or not with androgen R1881 for 12 hours.
