Transcriptome sequencing analysis of HepG2 cells inhibited by DFO

We performed gene expression profiling analysis using RNA-seq data obtained from HepG2 cells. The experimental design involved treatment with DFO to inhibit HepG2 cells. On the seventh day, cells were collected for RNA isolation. Subsequently, we investigated key pathways activated following DFO treatment and assessed the mitigating effects of methylation inhibitors and ferroptosis inhibitors on cell injury.
