In order to explore the impact of CPSF6-mediated APA on antiviral immune responses, we performed IVT-SAPAS sequencing for wild-type, CPSF6-deficient and CPSF6-reconstructed L929 cells to identify the dynamic changes in the APA landscape occur and the intensity changes in INF-I signalling upon viral infection.
