For\nbudgetary purposes, the Victorian Auditor General’s Office is included as an\noutput classification within Parliament.The main purpose of the Victorian\nAuditor General’s Office is to provide assurance to Parliament on the\naccountability and performance of the Victorian public sector.Parliament's\nobjectives and linked outputs are grouped into Legislative Council,\nLegislative Assembly, Parliamentary Services, Parliamentary Investigatory\nCommittees and Victorian Auditor-General's Office.
