Raw serum and intestinal-content LC-MS metabolomics data from male db/db and wild-type mice

This dataset contains raw LC-MS metabolomics files from serum and intestinal luminal-content samples collected from male db/db diabetic mice and wild-type controls. Samples include serum, cecum, colon, and rectum contents. LC-MS data were acquired using an UltiMate 3000 HPLC system coupled to a SCIEX TripleTOF 6600+ mass spectrometer in both positive- and negative-ion modes.
