依赖于在DNA/NP混合物中与丁醇接触过程中的快速除水。这个过程产生了一个脱水的“固体溶液”,大大加快了DNA通过Au-S键在NPs上的锚定。与现有文献中最先进的DNA共轭策略相比,研究所提出的方法通过在丁醇中的瞬间脱水,实现了DNA密度高达3倍的提高。在几秒钟内即可完成可高度杂交形成核心-卫星组合的超密度DNA接枝。
